The tiny silicon chip at the heart of every computer/Technology
A modern CPU die is a piece of silicon containing billions of transistors fabricated at nodes as small as 3 nm. Despite being roughly the size of a postage stamp, it can execute trillions of operations per second. The die is mounted in a larger package with a heat spreader for cooling.
