Baguette

The quintessential French bread/Food & Drinks

A traditional French baguette is about 65 cm long and weighs 250 grams by law (in France). The 'Bread Decree' of 1993 specifies that a traditional baguette can only contain flour, water, yeast, and salt. French bakers produce about 10 billion baguettes per year. The crust should crackle when you squeeze it.
