Atlantic Puffin

The clown of the sea with a beak full of fish/Small Animals

The Atlantic puffin (Fratercula arctica) is a seabird found across the North Atlantic, instantly recognizable by its colorful orange, blue, and yellow beak during breeding season. At about 25 cm tall and 500 grams, puffins can carry 10 or more fish crosswise in their beaks at once, thanks to backward-facing spines on the roof of the mouth. They can dive to depths of 60 meters and fly at speeds up to 25 m/s, beating their short wings 400 times per minute. Puffins mate for life and can live over 30 years.
